It has been a hectic year and we are so grateful for your continuous support. This time of the year is one the biggest one not only for us, but our shipping carriers. Bellow you find the shipping deadline to help you get our beautiful and unique items on time:

- Dec 17th is our last day of the year to ship.

- NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT will accepted on top Black Friday, Shop Small Deals, Cyber Monday.

This year as been a year of growth and we are happy to announce that we are expanding. As we are transitioning to bigger studio, our online store will be on vacation from Dec 18th to January 6th, we will be available 24/7 by email for questions or concerns about orders: support@theknotpillow.com.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and note that the return

Shipping costs associated with the return will be at the charge of the customer and or be deducted from the refund.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
