Shipping & Return Policy

The Knot Pillow ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Knot Pillow. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

To provide the best rate and the fastest way to get your Knots, we are currently charging a flat fee for all our domestic order. The chart below will explain the shipping rates per weight and carriers. Shipping charges will be calculated displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, The Knot Pillow is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

The Knot Pillow ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses only with USPS.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Knot Pillow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are currently shipping only through USPS which as an agreement with Canada Post.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Knot Pillow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.



Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and note that the return

Shipping costs associated with the return will be at the charge of the customer and or be deducted from the refund.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Discounted products are not returnable!

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on banks, the process will take up to 48 hours for the refund to post in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
